The Daughter returns home.

Looking at the scar and frowned then looked to where the Hydra had held their wound "What is it, what is with the scars?" he said looking back and forth. Trish looked at them worriedly wondering what had made them start.

"how could we forget. Daragon, in the language of the Ferals, is known as 'Devourer of the Strong'. we Ferals grew in power and strength by eating the bodies of the defeated, including the Intellas who we fought in the Feral Wars," Fhi said, as Ra snapped his jaws so loud that it echoed physically off the walls. looking at the Daragon, Fhi actually looked like that the wrong word would send her into a rage, her face contorted in a feral rage.

[Ixion]

Ixion looked to Martivir and back to them "And thats a problem how?" he asked. Cannibalism was not accepted in normal society today but way back then it must have been needed for some reason.

"because, this crystal-encasing is filled with a type of energy that turns whoever absorbs it into a blood-thirsty demon of unimaginable power and hunger. if that Daragon fed on this one when he was inside the crystal, the moment it wakes up, there is no telling how much death will follow," Fhi spoke, her once soft and sweet voice was completely filled with a grinding tone that was fill with a sense of Ferality.

Trish looked at the male and looked back "Isn't there a way to siphon that type of energy into other crystals to reduce the amount of corruption? " she asked looking at the Hydra.

["Cosmos"]

"the energy permeates the body, and is soaked into the flesh and blood. it goes away after a time, but if the Daragon did eat from him, then there is no way of reversing it," Fhi said, as they walked over to the laying Daragon. barking at him harshly, he growled at them, then nodded. growling slowly, Fhi then let out a sigh. "good news, Daragon not infected, but must be found fast," she said, her entire speech said with a growl.

Trish looked at him then back to the Hydra "Any idea where we should start looking?" she asked moving back to her father and mother with a tilt of her head.

["Cosmos"]

"no clue, dear. scent or trace not stay after this long, not even Sub-Void hold trace that long," Fhi said, she speech becoming almost forced out as the ever present Ferality diminished their great intellect.

[Ixion]

"I can" Trish said "I learned a trick from an Avalarian a while ago. Other traces can't be found but energy is another story." She touched him and as she focused a slight red mist trail began to form.

["Cosmos"]

shaking her head, Fhi looked at her as they walked up to her. "not possible to track. energy you see is his," she said, her voice less growly this time. placing a claw on her back, Fhi spoke, "its okay, we will find him soon, or die because of our failure."

[Ixion]

"If you would listen for once then maybe you would know a bit more, each being has a distinct energy." she indicated to the fog "That isnt his color of energy his is sapphire, we follow this we will find what we are looking for" Trish said with authority.

["Cosmos"]

as Trish spoke with the tone of authority, the Daragon snapped his jaws at her. raising a claw towards him, Fhi shook her head. closing his eyes, Ra nodded as he heard his sister's thoughts. "this is a reason why we never accepted the ways of the Intellas. they always thought thmselves above us, and thought to control us," Fhi said, as her eyes seemed to change. suddenly, Ra opened his eyes, a blood-seeking look in his eyes. raising his claw, it slammed down onto the Daragon's chest. before his claw could even make a scratch upon his scales, a strange red energy seeped from the Daragon, then a wall of pure energy smashes into Fhira. sending them crashing through the ceiling, the roof of the building above collapsed, burying the twins in a pile of rubble.

Ixion realized that it would only send his fire attack back at him and with a lunge tackled the daragon to the ground he held him to the ground as several guards with rune etched shackles appread.

As everyone was busy Trish was able to slip out and follow the trail of mist as it lead her away from the cave and down to another path where she cautiously followed it.

["Cosmos"]

before Trish could get too far away form the chamber, two shapes spun from the darkened passage. "i don't think they would be happy if you left so soon and miss out on the lesson," a feminine voice said, as the male-looking shape nodded. with feathered wings, they motioned for her to turn around and return.

as some of the guards searched the rubble for Fhira, they were shocked and confused when they found no body. down below, before the guards could place the runed shackles onto the Daragon, Fhira suddenly appeared out of thin air.

turning towards the darkened passage as the two creatures lead Trish back, they smiled at their Phoenix siblings. as a strange energy swirled from their back, Fhi and Ra sat on their hind legs, as they twisted their necks until they heard the popping sounds from their necks. "those are needed," Fhi said, using their tail to swipe the shackles out of the guards claws.

[Ixion]

Ixion hopped back avoiding a swiping tail of the Daragon as he snarled at it swiping his tail in retaliation. As Trish watched she suddenly shot infront of her father and the Daragon "STOP! Please gain control of yourself" she shouted at it hoping it would see reason and not anger.
