Veton shook her head, deciding not to answer him as she just kept walking. Unfortunately, there really wasn't anything she could do for the village to bring up it's mood nor to help it's income. But she made a mental note to herself to return to Fjallbiǫð, wanting to at least do some part in it when she got the chance next time. Hopefully by then she could save up enough gems or coins to help them at least a little and think of someway to brighten up the place. And well, not bring her brother along since if he had been there Deimos would have only caused a ruckus.

But it seemed when she was only some feet away from the longhouse she came to a complete halt, her eyes going a glowing white as yet again a vision hit...

...She seemed to stare out from a icy rock jutting out from the ground, watching in absolute horror as a large band of ghouls came to gather not far off from the village, readying a full scale attack upon them. It was to scare and terrorize the already depressed home of Fjallbiǫð and now it seemed it would become worse. They were being quiet for now, seeing the time was drawing close for them to attack and the scene began to fade soon after, Veton only hearing the faint battle cries of the ghouls...

...Blinking a few times Veton glancing around, realizing she had a vision again and had some looking at her in wonder and asking her if she was alright. Quickly assuring the villagers gathered that she was fine Veton quickly changed her path, eyes scanning the nearby ice covered rocks, eventually finding one that was exactly like the one in her vision only merely yards from the village. And with looking at the way the sun was she estimated this vision would come true in a matter of an hour or two at the most. And now she was considering what Kai said, wondering if he even knew if these ghouls were coming in a great number soon enough.

"I won't let this one come true,"She muttered as she charged back in the opposite direction since the rock in her vision was past the longhouse. In her running she had spread her wings and quickly took flight, having to flap her wings extra hard to get airborne as the rip in her wing still affected her flying to a degree and went racing past the buildings as fast as she could go, even passing over Kai yet saying nothing as she was focused on stopping this vision for once.

"At least eat before you go" Olga said to Kai as he jumped up and down to make sure nothing on his now armored body was rattling. "No thanks darling. I had a buddy once that ate before battle. Poor sucker suffered a stomach wound that would have healed had his belly not been full of food.

At this knowledge she went silent for a moment. "How many friends have you lost?" She finally asked lowly as Kai was heading to the door. The question made him stop in his tracks. But he gave no answer as he finally exited the longhouse. It was not a question he wanted to answer.

With the knowledge of the old fort the ghouls were suppose to be hold up in Kai headed to his destination. It was easy enough at first. But without wings like most dragons the travel became more difficult as he went up a slope through chest high snow. Now on the high ground he looked down onto the old walled fort. The armored figures on the walls and inside sure seemed to be up to something.

Using what he had learned in the past he judged the fort was manned by a company of the creatures at least. That would be four platoons made up of forty bodies each, give or take a couple. "Oh great" He mumbled. "They have cannons"

Seeing as the ghouls in the fort were not aware of his presence yet Kai lay-ed down on his belly and crossed his fore claws to think about how to tackle the problem. Being who he was his planning involved nothing of the cloak and dagger nature.

Veton had landed upon the ice covered rock jutting out from the land, being careful of where she placed her feet and being certain she would not be spotted from the skies. Even with wings her coloration would give her away against such white snow that covered Dante's Freezer so she had to be extra cautious. But as she came closer to the edge of the cliff she could see that there was not yet any ghouls gathering in a large band to attack or terrorize the village. Least not yet, but it had to be soon from what she saw in her vision.

After a few minutes she finally turned to head down a path leading down from the rocky side, using her claws to keep a grip as she went. But then a movement made her stop short, half expecting it to be a ghoul patrolling around only for her to look much more closely and quickly recognizing the armor of Kai. Somehow she figured he was planning to attack them early making her wonder if she should bother worrying now but from the size of the fort, cannons, and likely numbers within the confines of that fort even he might have some trouble. And even if the Electricity dragoness wasn't as battle oriented as him or her brother Deimos she could still hold her own.

Sighing softly Veton continued down the path, quietly moving through the sow once she reached it but could still be heard crunching beneath her feet as she approached Kai. "They'll be gather soon to attack, looked like a large number." She commented softly as she stopped beside him, her eyes focused upon the fort for the time being. "How many would you say is there?"
