He gingerly placed the medicine and bandages on her careful to not make an sudden moves that would reopen her wounds that he had stitched closed.

closing her eyes, the female Dragonborn breathed slowly as she let Keales mend her wounds. remaining quiet, her runes revealed the increase in her heartbeat.

He looked at her as her runes started to glow faster and noticed his has increased as well but he tried to focus on the work at hand.

as her runes continued to pulse faster, she bit her lip as her body felt hotter then normal. as he continued to mend her wounds, her breathing began to get heavier, close to that of panting.

His hands moved from wound to wound as he treated them and he tried to ignore his beating heart, his hand slipped as it went to far to the right and scrapped against her chest as he swore silently.

as his hand brushed against her chest, she let out a slight gasp as she grabbed his wrist within a seconds time. with the runes mimicking her racing heartbeat, Akrina opened her eyes as she looked at Keales as her cheeks flushed with color.

He saw the sudden reaction and looked at her eyes locking them, he held his stare for awhile wondering what her next reaction might be.

as her body began to heat up, her grip on his wrist tightened. staring into his eyes, Akrina realized what was happening to her. releasing her grip on Keales’s wrist, she uprighted herself as she closed her eyes. “damn, its happening again,” she said, panting as she moved backwards until she bumped into the wall, the runes on her body pulsing increasingly with her heartbeat.

"What's happening?" he asked as he made sure she didn't hurt herself as she moved helping her move as well. He also noticed her runes were pulsing faster.

with her eyes still closed, she looked at Keales. "my body is so hot, which is only one meaning. i'm in heat," Akrina said, gritting her teeth as her rapid heartbeat made her slightly pant.

"Didn't know your kind could go into heat" he said as he finished up his patchwork trying to ignore the thoughts running their course in his head.

"yes, Dragonborn can go into heat, and it is horrible," she said, keeping her eyes closed. trying to control her breathing, it proved for naught as her near panting continued with her rapid heartbeat.

With a nod he looked at her "I can understand, I think" he said as he watched her. He had no idea what her action would be if she was aggressive or passive.

bringing her hair forwards to cover her chest, Akrina kept her eyes closed. knowing the normal ways of dealing with the heat wouldn't work right now, the Dragonborn couldn't think of any way to deal with it as her body felt like it was burning.

He watched her sit back and sat down "Well I dont think I ca do anything to help with what your dealing with" he said with a yawn.
