As soon as she touched the book instead of a vision of the future it showed a Amber Dragon with a Amber mane wearing battle armor. He stood before a large group of dragons who wore similar armor. taking her head from the book, she dropped it as a small stream of magic snapped between her and the book. breathing heavily, she pushed the book away. not scared at the vision, she was scared by what else was reviewed from the book.

"vinxa," she said, as she began to lay down. laying her head down, she drew a small complex rune in the dirt. writing a few intricate symbols within the rune, she laid her head down. placing her claw over the rune, she said as magic energy was drew from the surrounding area to the rune, "hibernate." closing her eyes as her breathing slow to a near halt, she slipped into a dreamless sleep. as her body went limp, the magic energy that was drawn to the rune made its way up her wing-arm and spread over her body, covering all her wounds. suddenly, an orb of light emerged from the talisman and hovered over her. as the light from the orb washed over her, the magic energy shifted and changed.

for the next seven days, Zhatriana slept unmovingly, as the altered energy healed her wounds. as the light of the rising sun rose on the eighth day, the orb of light returned to the talisman as the energy dissipated into the surrounding area. with all her wounds greatly healed, she took a deep breath in her sleep, as her mini-hibernation ended.

He had kept watch over her for the long week even sleeping near her. Whenever the hatching awoke hungry he fed it and lulled it to sleep. He mutated a little as his body naturally absorbed some of the energy. When she awoke he was asleep his claw on hers.

slowly opening her eyes, Zhatriana turned her head to see Dae sleeping next to her. smiling, she lifted her head up as her neck popped. wondering how long she had slept, she noticed seven small marks next to the sleeping hatchling. as she moved one of her claws, she noticed his claws were in her claw. looking at him, she smiled, then kissed his forehead.

He stirred slightly and smiled as he began to open his eyes. He looked at her happily "Good morning sunshine"

smiling at him, she sat down. looking outside, her stomach growled loudly. placing her claw over her stomach, she let out a little laugh.

The same moment the hatching woke and began to grumble in hunger as well "ah I'd better go get some food huh?" He said laughing
