Dae's family

Dae's wings flapped as he traveled the air above the swamp, his black scales reflecting off the sunlight. He had felt several familiar presences here and hoped to find them. Two of them he hoped beyond all doubt he would find, it had been roughly three years since he had seen them and he wished to let them know he was fine

as the humid air of the Swamp battered the currents above the realm, a large form moved uneasily through the sky. after the events of a week ago, the form began to lose altitude from wounds that began to reopen themselves. as the form lost height and strength, two beings watched her from the wilds of the Swamp.

as the humid air rushed across her form as she lost the strength to stay airborne, the ancient plagued Shadowseeker plummeted into the wilds of the Swamp. crashing through the mushroom trees, she crashed to a stop covered in mud and fungi. trying her best to get to her feet, she collapsed into the muck several times before her strength vanished and she laid still. trying her best to stay conscious as her wounds began to seep with her plagued blood, she lost her fight against unconsciousness. as she slipped into the blackness, she saw two figured walk up to her and began to move her.

(OCC: how about Dae meets with his parents after they recover Zhatriana?)

Dae's wings flapped furiously as he approached the two energy signals that had gained a third. He arrived at the spot and looked around spotting the distinct markings of a creature being dragged away following the drag marks when he landed he came to a small cave. Hesitantly he stepped inside and came face to face with the two black dragons that were his mother and father

"Mom! Dad!"

"Dae! oh my dear boy" Kalidra hugged her son "Its been too long my dear boy"

"It has been very long my son. I'am glad to see you alive"

Looking past them he saw Zhatriana "Zhatriana? Whats she doing here?"

["Cosmos"]

(OOC: not much to post, since she is unconsciousness because of her wounds. i'll wake her in my next post, depending on what you post entails.)

"Ah you know this lady then? We found her here in the swamp, she had numerous wounds"

"Yes we patched her up to fix those wounds of hers"

"I see" Dae approached her and lightly tapped her "Zhatriana?"

as her consciousness began to return to her, Zhatriana's body went deathly still as a complex rune began to manifest itself across her chest. suddenly, the entire cave was engulfed in light as a rift opened beside her and a large crystal appeared beside her. as the light receded and the rift closed, the rune on her chest began to fade into a arcane dust, being wisped away with the wind.

opening her eyes slowly, Zhatriana looked upon the face Dae. turning her head quickly away from him, she began to cough harshly, blood seeping from the edges of her mouth. turning back to look at him, she smiled at him weakly. "tira ti si yenta yth ornla tafiaf tenamalo, ir idol usv voga," she said weakly, coughing a little as she wrapped her wing around the large crystal.

The bright light briefly blinded him and his parents. They quickly shielded their eyes to prevent further eye damage. When they assumed the light was gone they removed their wings from their eyes.

Dae smiled and nodded "axun wux tira" noticing the crystal and jerked his head to it "svabol ui batobot?"

Both his parents looked at him confusingly as he spoke the different language.

looking at the large crystal, Zhatriana brought it close to her head and rubbed her cheek against it. "nomeno nomag qe siofmea wer annyo relic di sia okarthel, shar wer truth ui kiarf throdenilt jathila," she paused, as she tapped the crystal several times to create a peaceful ringing tone. as the ringing seemed to unnaturally continue, she began to hum a lullaby. suddenly, as her hum-song combined with the ringing, the crystal began to glow and showed a silhouette of what laid within.

after a minute of the peaceful music, it was disturbed by the sound of cracking crystal. as the crystal shattered and the shards fell away, she caught what was inside before anyone could see it. from within the safety of her wings, she looked upon the little hatchling as it slept in a curled ball, clutching tightly to a strange crystal talisman. parting her wings to show Dae and the other two dragons, she spoke, "tafiaf wer Vrak di wer Twin Ithquenti, vur vi koppentotz di sia svihelen." looking at the tiny hatchling, compared to her size, she rubbed her cheek against it lightly, watching it clutch tightly onto the talisman as it moved slightly in its sleep.

"rifdinitahul zyak coi jahus vin vrantvrak di senar" he then scowled "vi ithquent...a waphir ithquent? ui mishun vi youwe possible?"

His parents watched on in amazement as he spoke the language untill his mother came up with a strange crystal and scanned him "Feltro, his body has evolved agian, is this natural?"

His father walked up "That would explain the ancient dilect and how he can understand let alone speak it" he stopped "He was born out of pure magic"

Dae sighed "odassi...."

["Cosmos"]

"ti vi ithquent, shar trelk ekess astahi. extremely trelk," she said, the listened to what the two dragons were saying. "si tepohada ti noticed. bivai," she said, having not noticed that her psionic field to allow others to understand her had fallen. placing her claws together, magic energy weakly generated from her back protrusions, then moved across her body and and focused on her forehead. as the last of the energy was focused, she placed her her claws on her chest. as the energy faded into her, she closed her eyes for a few seconds. reopening her eyes, she spoke, "shilta wux kampiun ve jaka? si charis wux shilta, cause si shilta ti renthisj tikil lyrik xanalre."

They both jumped at her voice causing Dae to chuckle "ha astahii tira ti expect batobot"

"Why yes we can understand you know but...how?" Faltor asked curiously.

Kalidra nodded "Im guessing it has something to do with magic isnt it?"

["Cosmos"]

"si mi wer annyo di royalty ekess vin zezhuanth zaneunisal, vur wer annyo waphir rekisix batobot wields suiaerl arcaniss. si combine sia psionic bekir mrith suiaerl bekir ekess qe yscik ekess project understanding sari lyriki. wer price ihk sia powers ui si zklaen renthisj wer zezhuanth ivah di sia uthwix fossk," she spoke, coughing a little. wiping blood from the edge of her mouth, she looked at the two dragons. "sia ominak ui zhatriana, vur coita d'nag ekess finally tafiaf wux jiil," she said, smiling at the two dragons.

"Yes it is nice to meet you too. Uh are you our son's mate?" Kalidra asked skeptically as Dae's mouth dropped agape in horror.

"MOTHER!" Dae said loudly

She looked back at him "What?" his father was in the back laughing

giggling, she shook her head. "thric, si mi ti jacida rumag. si owe jacion sia tobor though," she said, laying her head down. gritting her teeth, the pain that had evaded her noticed finally came upon her like a avalanche. placing her wing over the little hatchling, Zhatriana could feel that she was almost completely drained of both psychic and arcane energy. closing her eyes for a minute, she was instantly greeted by the dark presence that was her future. opening her eyes quickly, she grew depressed instantly, knowing that she won't have long to be free.

"He noticed her discomfort and placed a claw on her "tenpiswo nomeno jalla letoclo" through the touch he sent a huge wave of magic to her helping to replenish her lost energy.
