In the Valley

[Ixion]

High up above the sky a young purple dragoness flew through the skies as she felt the wind flow under her wings. She was 16 and her father had deemed it time for her to find her place in the world and that she did much to their reluctance. They felt better when her godfather Dae gave her a gem that allowed her to teleport to her family and back whenever she felt like it. It also served as a communication gem that allowed her to talk to her family. Trish smiled feeling free and ready to learn more about the world.

["Cosmos"]

as the sun shown down on the Realm of Avalar, a Hydra Dragon walked through the trees of the northern forests towards the southern valleys. having travels for a while without rest, the strange two-headed dragon soon stopped on the bank of one of the rivers. laying down and taking a drink, the dragon soon slipped into a light nap.

[Ixion]

As Trish flew further into a valley she saw the river she smiled and landed and near the river bank stretching her wings she dipped her snout and lapped up some water and saw a particular tasty fish and with a loud splash hopped into the river and emerged from the water with a fish in her mouth.

"Tasty!" she said as she gulped down the last of the fish.

["Cosmos"]

after several minutes of undisturbed rest, the Hydra Dragon was awaken by the sound of water splashing. lifting their heads, they saw the dragoness drinking from the river. standing up and and walking quietly towards her, it stood behind her, the sun allowing their shadow to not fall upon her.

[Ixion]

She dunked back under the water and bit into another fish and burst out of the water landing on the bank with ease. Downing it quickly she smiled and shook her body and mane dry.

["Cosmos"]

watching the dragoness, the female could help but smile. closing their eyes as she shook her body and the water hit them, the female couldn't help but giggle.

[Ixion]

She heard the giggle and hopped back in shock "Hello!? whos there!?" she almost shouted not having encounterd anyone for a few days she was rather surprised.

["Cosmos"]

"well, hello there, little one," Fhi said, lowering her head towards the dragoness. "sorry we scare you. we were asleep when you arrived," she said, as Ra looked up towards the mountains that surrounded the Realm of Avalar.

[Ixion]

"Oh I'm sorry i didn't mean to interrupt your rest" she said sheepishly and smiled at them her fur mane now dry and silk smooth. She examined the dragon...or rather dragons that where one before her. She tilted her head "er...what kind of dragon are you?" she asked quizzically.

["Cosmos"]

"its okay, you didn't disturb us much. we just have been traveling for quite some time," Fhi said, with a smile. as Ra continued to look at the mountains, he listened as the dragoness asked the question. "we are what you would call a Hydra Dragon, two beings in one body. i am Fhi, and this is my brother, Ra. Fhira'Yhi'Krej," she said, placing a claw on their chest.

[Ixion]

"Oh it's an honor to meet you. I'm Trisha daughter of the Lore dragon Ixion and Purple dragoness Selena" she said with a smile sitting up proud and tall.

["Cosmos"]

hearing her name, Ra looked at Trish in the corner of his eye. looking back to the mountains, Fhi smiled at her. "its nice to finally meet you, Trish. it certainly has been a long time since we heard those names," she said, as Ra shifted his gaze quickly at something that only they could see clearly.

[Ixion]

"Wait you knew my father and mother?" she asked abit shocked. From what her father and uncle Warfang told her she wouldn't be in their normal timeline and most likely no one would remember her father's name even that of her birth mother.

["Cosmos"]

"not exactly. we know of their names, and know where you have been for the past five thousand years," she said, as she dug her claw into the moist river bank. narrowing his eyes, Ra turned his head forward to look at Trish.

from the mountains, a large dark figure looked at them. disappearing into a dark rift, the figure appeared behind the Hydra Dragon. seemingly undetected by the large dragon, the dark creature afflicted Trish with a aura of paralyzing terror.

[Ixion]

Trish felt her body freeze up and was now unable to move her face contorted into fear and hate as she tried to move her body but found it unresponsive. She even tried to turn he body into it's dest form but found that she was unable to do so.
