Starting Agian

[Ixion]

"I'm sorry you see things this way, perhaps one day when you realize your hatred was for nothing you will return." she said as she turned and reformed as a dragon.

From across the lake a cloaked figure watched the exchange and the dragoness leave for the thunder-forge. Looking at the hut he moved along the lake's edge and stood before the door soon. Raising his hand he lightly knocked on the door.

["Cosmos"]

turning her head towards the door, she reached her hand up and pulled a string. a several clicks could be heard, the door opened. "what do you want?" the Wolf-kin asked, not looking. as several more clicks sounded, a series of crossbows armed themselves, ready to fire with lethal force.

[Ixion]

Walking in he looked at her in the bed and felt...hatred. With a sigh he turned back the blade above the back of his waist clinked "I was looking for someone who trained under and immortal..but it seems i did not find what I was looking for." he want to take another step as an arrow hit the wall next to his head and looked back to see the son with a different bow in hand.

["Cosmos"]

turning her head slightly, her face showed irritation. "i was trained under the Immortal Lienna. now what do you want?" she spoke, as her son strung another arrow. his face showed a touch of family anger, not happy to see his mother upset.

[Ixion]

"As I said I see none trained by an immortal....for those trained by an immortal would never let hatred guide their hand." he said and looked at the boy "Draw that arrow further and I will freeze the arrow" he said noting it startled him and he began to walk out of the door wondering if she would follow.

["Cosmos"]

listening to him, she rolled back to face the wall. "i was trained under her, and am a master of the blade. i am also just mortal, and will return to my teacher to seek teachings and guidance," she said, as her son drew an arrow quickly and fired it so that it would sail past the head of the figure.

[Ixion]

True to his word a runed circle appeared and halted the arrow in mid flight and he looked back "But the question is will she accept you? Accept one who sent her own student away because of her race?" he said despite his age he spoke with wisdom.

["Cosmos"]

as her son laid against her, she placed an arm over him. "how can i continue to teach her when i hold such feelings in my heart. it does not matter if Lienna accepts me back or not, i am returning home to my parents, and taking my family with me. these realms will not miss a family of outsiders," she said, closing her eyes.

[Ixion]

He looked north as well "You will find much has changed in the north Fenrir. The hatred for dragons has ebbed away. even there you will be alone." he said as he continued to walk "Now is the time to chose. Finish what you started and be a true master, or return a failure and let it taint your name forever."

A little ways off Trish landed at where the forge was and sat down reaching her mind out to Zharitana "Auntie, I need the phrase to the Thunder-forge" she asked her as soon as their minds touched.

shooting her eyes open at the words, she rolled out of the bed. instantly getting to her feet, she growled as she charged this figure. lunging at him, a look of a feral animal was in her eyes. thanks to the stress of the recent events, her mind began to snap, a trait that was common among the Arctic Wolves. with her claws baring, she lunged at the figure.

With ease he side stepped away dodging the lunge and looked at her "Your hatred clouds your eyes wolf-kin" he said as his hood fell off revealing himself to be a panther-kin. He had wondered if she had snapped and if so he would have to subdue her soon.

["Cosmos"]

skidding after he dodged across the ground, she was on all fours as she faced him. "no...hatred...taint..already..among..me...anger..and..shame," she said, her words sounded as if they were forced out of her. as her eyes turned more feral-like, she literally looked like she was turning more like a feral Wolf-kin, being more ragged and unkempt.

He raised a hand and a circle appeared in it "Prove to yourself you are above the taint of hatred!" he shouted as he was prepared to move and protect her own kids from her if necessary. Things were going to get ugly fast and she had to fight herself to retain control.

clenching her teeth, she ran at him on all fours. lunging at him, she raked her sharp claws at him. though it didn't look it, she was struggling internally with her split sides. inside, her Arctic Wolf-kin side was in a ferocious battle with her feral Arctic Wolf side.

Raising one hand her claws tore through his cloak but hit the metal gauntlet that ran up to his shoulder. Taking the opportunity her flung her overhead and jumped back a few paces and noticed the daughter in the open door way."Boy get your sister inside and shut the door!" he shout causing a large rune circle to appear on the ground.
