"Tch, I don't think I'd be lucky to live that long." Crete said, still trying to get her head wrapped around the fact the two had been around since the time being a feral dragon was much more common than it was today. And in a sense Crete felt more like a feral dragon than anything since she could remember. But she winced when seeing the bolt of lightning, glancing down at the ravine. "Don't have to tell me twice, let's go."She said as she pushed off the ledge she stood upon and went plummeting down for a bit before flaring out her wings to slow her descent before landing at the bottom of the ravine.

jumping off after her, Fhi landed hard next to her at the bottom of the ravine. easily shrugging off the landing, she jumped away as a lightning bolt struck right next to where she she currently stood. "good thing we have plenty of cover down here," Fhi said, looking up as it began to rain. walking towards a cave near where they landed, she walked in and looked around. placing her claw on the ground where the stone was actually discolored, she closed her eyes as memories flooded her mind.

Crete growled as she just dodged her own bolt of lightning before using a wing as a kind of cover for a moment before she followed after Fhi. As she looked around though the adult dragoness noticed the discolored stone and came to stand beside the hydra dragon for a moment. "I'm guessing this is where it happened?"She asked, referring to when they first died but of course came back.

"yeah, this is. it was an ambush, by Intellas. no way out of this cave, and no one left, literally," Fhi said, opening her eyes. "amazing that the very spot still is here after so long. its amazing that this entire area is nearly the same as back then," she said, looking around. shaking her head, she returned to the present, and turned to Crete. "that's enough memory lane," she said jokingly, smiling at their mate.

"Well sometimes things won't change just like that Fhi," Crete told her as she looked around for a bit before facing her mate once more, giving a brief smile. "That's an understatement, had enough of memory lane to last me a while." She agreed as she looked back when hearing the crack of thunder and flashing of lightning. "Seems we might be here for sometime though with that storm.

looking outside the cave, Fhi shrugged her shoulders. "looks like it. even the Sub-Void is littered with storms," she said, feeling the storms in the place of their birth. sitting down, she let out sigh. "never did like coming here. too many storms and weird weather," she said, as she looked out as hail began to fall.

"I can see why."Crete said as she watched the hail coming down, beginning to wonder if she should use her own element to try and make this storm leave. But even then there was no telling if she could force it away for very long since she never tried her weather controlling aspect very much. "Suppose I could try a little trick of my Wind element, we can summon and control weather after all so I might be able to make the storm leave." She said and sighed, "But not sure how much of a time gap that'd give us. And we don't even have a destination in mind."

"the storms here are quite large, so if you could control them, the gap would be small," Fhi said, as Ra grumbled in his sleep. looking at him, she shook her head. "do you have any ideas of a destination in mind? cause we have traveled too long, and haven't found many places for a suitable..." she stopped talking, a slight blush coming to her cheeks.

"I figured as much, I probably could stop it in short intervals but doing this too much would eventually drain me of more energy than I could use to fly for several miles." Crete said, figuring this might be the case after seeing the size of the storm. But she shook her head when Fhi asked about any destinations, "Like I said I've had none. Honestly, I've been traveling relatively blindly for the past two weeks. I only am here because of the damn shadowseeker that caught me off guard."She said.

Though she raised a scaly brow when hearing Fhi stop, making her come closer to the female head of the hydra. "A suitable what exactly Fhi?"She pried, knowing the hydra wasn't going to be able to hide it. Unfortunately, they now had a very stubborn mate and with a storm keeping them there Crete had much time to poke at Fhi and Ra to get this information if she had to. "Mating place isn't it."

looking at her, Fhi knew it was no use hiding anything with Crete. "you could say that, but more important. a suitable place to start a family," she said, looking at their mate with caring eyes. placing her claw in hers, she looked her in the eyes. "it is only a matter of time, and we have had a long time of thinking. we would like to have a family, and every time we have tried to have one, we end being ended in battle," she said, a little sad at how many attempts they had tried to have children.

As Crete had figured it was that, least to a point. She quietly listened to her mate, giving her a saddened gaze when hearing they had tried but had no luck and it likely was that they were worried it would happen again. "If we can find a suitable place then maybe it can be possible this time Fhi."She assured her, nuzzling her mate's cheek and somewhat concerned about it herself. She just hoped she would even be a good mother since the fact was she had already not been the best daughter nor sister. Would it be the same with kids?

smiling at her, returning the nuzzle as she placed their claw in hers. "i hope so. i've never gotten to experience the sensations of motherhood, but we'll get to experience the thrills of fatherhood first," Fhi said with a smile, as they moved closer to Crete. noticing the concern, she nudged her neck with her forehead. "don't worry, you'll make a wonderful mother. i don't think your parents would what you to blame yourself and not move forwards," she said, slipping her fingers into Crete's.

"I know Fhi, I just worry a bit is all." Crete admitted as she held Fhi's paw in her own before looking at the hydra, smiling a bit. "And besides, I won't let anything happen to you two no matter what it takes. Phoenix blood or not someone will have to get through me first before anything were to happen to you." She assured her nuzzling Fhi's neck and glancing at the sleeping Ra. "But in speaking of fathers when is sleepy head planning to join the world of the awakened?"She asked playfully.

smiling at her as she spoke, Fhi looked at Ra and laughed. "you'd been surprised how long he can sleep. and right now, i don't blame him. he actually hasn't slept well since we separated with you, only sleeping maybe only a few hours the entire time. its actually amazing he is sleeping during such a storm, since he is the one who liked these storms," she said, looking at Crete. poking her brother in the neck, she giggled as she thought of something. "at least we have something to tease him with when he wakes up," she said, smiling at Crete.

"Been that worried huh."Crete said, guessing this might be the case since she had worried about them as well but had tried to sleep when she could. Of course, during the few weeks they had been traveling and eventually separated she hadn't gotten much sleep within a few day time span before her body forced her to. "Guess I really can't say much on my part, I was always up for a few days before I had no choice but to sleep."She said before chuckling, "Indeed we do."
