The Ruby Demon meets the Vampire

"Geas and Shadowed Fear," Convexia said, placing her claw on the large scar that was where her chest met the base of her neck. walking over to her, a Shadowseeker female patted her shoulder, taking her mind off the memories. smiling at her, Convexia spoke, "thank you dear."

[Ixion]

"A shadowseeker, I ran into their creator at my home city" she said shifting uncomfortable. It was an unnerving experience but it was done and hoped to not be attacked by their kind again for a long while.

["Cosmos"]

as the Shadowseeker returned to the rest of the maidens, Convexia looked at Lilly. "i felt that chill of darkness all the way down in the Sea of Illusion. don't worry about my maidens, they have been able to overcome their Hunger, especially with my immunity to their venom," she said, smiling at the female as the Shadowseeker female blushed.

[Ixion]

She smiled "Yes well it was resolved but with damage to our city." she looked around "So where am I?"

["Cosmos"]

looking at the ceiling, she closed her eyes. "this used to be a defense fortress for an ancient city that has long been destroyed. i found this place during the war, and kept it a secret. all the beings that i have gathered here are my handmaidens, but are either my dearest friends or ones i have saved from the troubles of the world," she spoke, getting smiles from the maidens that sat next to the wall.

[Ixion]

"I see" she said nodding her head "Where is Warfang located and I may be able to tell you the city's name" she said with a smile.

["Cosmos"]

"i actually don't know," she said, but she knew exactly where it was. suddenly, the door opened and a young dragon walked in and sleepily walked up to her. turning her head towards him, Convexia smiled at the youngling as she picked up her son. sitting down, she held her son lovingly.

[Ixion]

She looked at the child and smiled holding her belly "Well well, whats his name and how old is he?" she asked with a faint smile.

["Cosmos"]

smiling at her, Convexia spoke, "i believe he is close to a year old, and he is Atanai." putting down her son, she watched as Atanai walked over to Lilly, tilting his head from one side to the other.

[Ixion]

She smiled at the youngin and leaned down "Hello young one it's nice to meet you."

["Cosmos"]

looking up at her, the youngling smiled at her. as his smile turned into a grin, the small thin long fangs could be seen. suddenly, he bit down on her snout, not hard enough to break the flesh, but enough to be felt. watching him bite, Convexia just smiles, her own fangs showing clearly in the light.

[Ixion]

She looked up surprised "Vampire's, I haven't seen your kind since the beginning of the Dragon Alliance war" she said patting the young one gently.

["Cosmos"]

"we still live, that is for sure. but it seems we're almost extinct.," she said, her smiled fading. "except for my children, i am the last Vampire Dragon in the entire world," Convexia said, walking over and picking up her son. "go play with the other younglings," she said, as Atanai nodded to her. jumping from her arms, he waved to Lilly, then ran out of the chamber.

She giggled "He's adorable who is his father?" she asked looking at the Vampiress and nodded "And im sorry to hear that but on the bright side your children will continue your race quite easily. The vampires were good friends to the us Lore dragons."

["Cosmos"]

"a poison dragon named Atakai. i haven't seen him or his mate in a long while now," she said, still looking at the door. turning towards her, she smiled at Lilly at her remarks. "i hope that friendship has lasted, despite the nature of the Vampire Dragons," she said, looking at her claws.
