First time in the city(Open)

"She seems to have been quite successful with so many of you here,"Rapier said with a nod of understanding as he listened wondering who their mistress was. But before he could ask another question he took a moment to stop and sniff the air, catching the smell of the food as well which meant the great hall couldn't be far. "A little bit, it had been a little while since I last ate."He answered them with a nod.

walking down to the end of the hall, she turned into one last hallway. at the end, large doors took most of the wall of the end of the hall. making her way to the doors, she pushed on open and motioned for him to enter.

smiling, they lead him into a large chamber, with many tables and several areas for comfortable places to lay down. along one wall, massive containers filled with liquid reached the ceiling. walking over to a door, they requested two settings of food. sitting at one of the tables, they waved for him to come sit as the food was brought out.

Ixion walked around and at first saw nothing then a large number of small paws hit his side suddenly causing him to topple over "Agh!"

"DADDY!!"

Rapier followed the twins down the hall until they arrived to a large chamber, the smell of the food hitting his nostrils even more strongly. Yep, this was definitely the place and it was beginning to make him even hungrier than before. Funny how having not eating for a while tended to bring about the hunger even more. Watching the twins order the food though he had been looking around the hall before he came over to join them, his mind most certainly distracted now.

entering after him, Amuul watched as he was ambushed by his children. smiling as she sidestepped and moved over to a deep-sleeping form. "as promised, i have delivered him to you," Amuul said, as Martivir uncurled her head from the large nest she was laying in. "thank you, dear. i hope he wasn't too concerned," she said, just getting a smile from Amuul.

As the children moved off to go play with each other Ixion went over and nuzzled his mate "You know me im such a worrywort" he said with a chuckled.

Rapier really ate in silence, trying to figure out what to ask the Storm Sisters but a lot of it was probably some personal questions that might offend them. He was not use to so much company all at once except for rare occasions of large groups. So for now he said nothing as his mind drifted to other thoughts and he faintly scratched at a part of his neck just below the bundle of spikes that looked like it was just about healed from a wound he had gotten a week and a half before.

smiling at Ixion, Martivir returned the nuzzle. "well, it all worked out perfectly. twelve Dest seemed to be enough to get my cranky tail out of Warfang with the younglings and get here, all within minutes. i'm surprised by the efficiency," she said, smiling at Amuul. "well, Convexia felt like not being at your funeral, especially after the gift she received from you," she said, nuzzling a hatchling that was curled up in the bedding with the sleeping form.

eating their meals in silence, the Storm Sisters occasionally stole glances towards Rapier. expecting questions, they kinda started to become worried that their task was becoming lousy. "you know, its okay for you to ask any question that comes to mind. we don't mind, since we have been tasked with giving you a tour," they said together, setting down their unfinished food.

He looked at the hatchling with a smile "Thats your kid huh?" he said running a claw on it and looked at his mate "Not to sound rude but why did Convexia leave it in here with you?"

Rapier had noticed their stolen glances a few times and began to notice their growing worry in their looks, "Sorry you two guess I've just been worried of asking something a little too personal or rude so I haven't quite been sure what to ask."He told them,"But you two have been great guides since me and Ixion got here."He assured them with a smile. And for a moment he considered his questions while glancing at his meet for a moment before using a small stream of his crimson flames to add a little more crisp to his food. "I have been curious though, were you two in Convexia's army before or had trouble elsewhere before here?"He finally asked.

smiling at him, Martivir motioned to Amuul. "this is Convexia's personal chambers. i'm surprised tha you haven't seen the clutches," she said with a smile, pointing to the many nests that littered the walls. in the dim light, close to a hundred eggs and babies laid in neat beds and nests.

smiling at him as he said they were great guides, the Storm Sisters looked down at their unfinished food. "we are victims of an attack on our village. the Ape King Gaul attacked our village, and had taken us prisoners. the mistress is the one who saved us from only the gods know what could of happened. we owe our lives to her," they said, sadness in their voices.

"So this is the broodmother cache of eggs huh?" he looked around and frowned "You know I expected it to be a lot bigger" he laid with his mate with a sigh "You know restarting their race and all"

"I'm sorry to hear that happened," Rapier said, showing some sadness at hearing how they came to be with this Convexia but he was also glad they could escape whatever fate that would have befallen them. Though despite his mind swirling with questions he had started to become surprised they weren't asking questions of their own and maybe changing the topic might help brighten them up again. "You know, I may have a million questions, so to speak, but I'm surprised you two haven't asked any questions. Your welcome to as well if your curious." Rapier told them, giving them a smile to show he didn't mind.

"touch any of them, and i'll personally rip your throat out," Amuul said, then curled up with the hatchling and the sleeping form.

smiling at him, they shook their head. "we don't have any questions. we are allowed to leave anytime we want, so we usually have our answers, sooner or later," they said, shrugging their shoulders. looking at him, they spoke, "now, we're ready to answer any question, no matter how personal they are."

He yawned "Ugh I need sleep now, to much excitement for this one" he leaned on his mate and within moments was fast asleep. The children ran around playing and laughing with others their age as they tackled and played with each other except one who went over and nestled in between his father and mother watching the others play.
