giving her a weak smile, Midnight nodded at her. "thank you, i just wish you were right," she said, then placed her hands on Crete's chest. pushing slightly, she spoke, "i think it would be best if you left now. wicked windstorms are common at sunrise. so getting to the mainland by then would be best." giving her a smile, Midnight took a few steps back, then raised a hand in a farewell manner.

Crete smiled as she nodded and chuckled, "Don't worry about that, the wind rarely catches me off guard.' She assured her before spreading her wings and pushing off the ground hard to get airborne, flapping her powerful wings to gain some height before she soared around the valley a bit. Giving a last wave of her paw Crete took off as swiftly as she could into the night and heading to the direction of Warfang.
