"Seems you have been busy too, Aldarion. Seems the life of a mercenary certainly keeps you on your toes." Iarna said with a nod, glancing back out towards the sky outside their cave they were staying in and nodding slightly. "Guess some time to rest will do for now then,"She said before looking at Aldarion, shifting closer so her body was pressed against his and wrapping her wings around him. "Told you this might not be a good idea, but staying close together should help."She told him, frowning a bit when seeing he seemed colder.

He chuckled "I'm a fire dragon, i can't help but get cold. But once we get moving i'll warm up just as quickly as i get cold holding still" he yawned and snuggled close to her setting the campfire ablaze bathing them in heat.

Iarna chuckled slightly at that, not actually minding the cold but she did occasionally shiver when a breeze blew past them. Nonetheless, she kept snuggled up with Aldarion, knowing it was really the best way beside the fire right now to be warm, "Well let's at least get some sleep and we'll be more alert and refreshed for this crazy journey."She told him, nuzzling his cheek a bit before resting her head on her paws to try and sleep for a little while.

He nodded and laid his head next to hers with a smile. "So then tell me about your siblings" he said he had a good feeling that they would run into them soon.

"Hm, well the last time I saw them they were drastically different from me in personality. My brother is stubborn and hard headed, accident prone and a little hyper active but he usually had his heart in the right place and definitely had a lot of courage." Iarna said, recalling her siblings form when she last met them, but it had been a long while and she didn't know exactly how they were now. "My sister...well she was definitely a diva, a little spoiled but she was tough, hyper and definitely a girly-girl. Nonetheless, she still had a lot of heart and room to grow."She finished, having a feeling the two were fine wherever they might be.

He smiled "Well that sounds like a good family. Back home on the island my mother was the village docter, she knew her way around herbs like it was secound nature, she even taught me some of what she knew. My father was a soldier and he was the one who taught me how to find these herbs and make the potions" he said his paw reaching up to his wolf amulet.

"Sounds like you had great parents." Iarna said with a smile, glancing at the Wolf Amulet she had seen him always wear since the first time they met in Tall Plains. She recalled him mentioning it was a symbol for something and she assumed it was for his village, or from the group of mercenaries he worked with. Nonetheless, she wished Aldarion could have met her parents but this was to never happen since they were long deceased. "Think you would have gotten along great with my parents Aldarion, they were nomadic travelers but excellent warriors and my mother an excellent hunter."She said with a smile.

"Perhaps" eh said with a shrug "What about your siblings where are they at now?" he asked leaning on her looking outside their temporary shelter and further north.

"Honestly I don't know. Last I saw them they were heading to Shattered Vale and maybe Ancient Grove, so can't really be sure where they are right now." Iarna admitted, knowing her siblings had been old enough to go their separate ways and knew the two had been eager to make their own lives rather than have their older sister constantly watch them. "For the moment I can only assume they are living somewhere peacefully and living their lives."

[Ixion]

"I would hope they are living a more peaceful life." He said as the snowstorm outside picked up intesity slowly blocking the cave "Hmmm that should help in keeping us warm tonight" he said with a nod.

"You read my mind." Iarna agreed, glancing towards the gradually covered entrance until even the wind wasn't getting through but could still be heard outside. "Seems that way my dear, though we may still be a little cold with all the ice and all in here." She told him as she stood for a moment to stretch, her crystal necklace swaying slightly from the movements before lying back down once more. "Though, there's always someway to keep warm in cold weather like this so we should be fine."

Nodding her leaned against her being slightly bigger he rested his head on hers "Hmm so tell me what can we expect tomorrow when we set out again?" he said looking at her.

"Your guess is as good as mine Aldarion, I just know this place might have changed since I was last here. But I know there is a village nearby but it's still quite a bit of ways away, thus a good thing we stopped when we did." Iarna explained to him, shifting her head so she could gaze at him as she spoke. "To be honest, I am not quite sure what to expect."

He nodded as he listened to her "Well guess things do change over time, let's hope this village is safer and hopefully as a warm tavern as well" he said as the cave was block off causing him to relight the small fire warming the cave up a little more.

"I'm sure it will Aldarion and the villages usually do since it gets so cold around here. So a lot of visitors tend to be happy about that if they aren't use to the cold." Iarna then chuckled a bit, "Like the certain visitor beside me right now."She said, partly teasing Aldarion with knowing he wasn't exactly use to this kind of weather.
