"not at all, isn't the worst place i've been in," Akrina said, letting her head hang. closing her eyes, she slowed her breathing as if she had fallen asleep.

He went into a meditative stance closing his eyes as he let his mind wander letting her get her rest.

["Cosmos"]

slipping into a meditative light sleep, Akrina made her mind blank so to protective herself. after an hour, a strange Mite crawled onto her lap. opening her eyes as she awoke, the Mite looked up to her, then hopped her lap and crawled towards the place where the spirit had said the artifact was. standing up quietly, she followed the Mite, feeling like thats what it wanted.

He awoke quickly and looked next to him and saw that no one was there "son of a" he stood up and ran down the tunnel grumbling.

["Cosmos"]

following the Mite, Akrina pushed open the strange door after the Mite crawled into a hole in the wall. after she walked into the dark chamber, she turned when the door slammed shut, a clicking sounded as the door locked itself. not turning to the door, she continued to follow the Mite that she somehow could see in the pitch black darkness.

A loud thunk could be heard as Keales ran into the door that just slammed shut "Damnit!" he said rubbing his snout and started to feel around for a door handle or something "dam dam dam"

as she heard the thunk sound, Akrina didn't turn around. she instead continued to follow the Mite, getting the feeling of something weird. suddenly, she stopped as the sound of an object being moved. hearing a breathing sound, she knew she wasn't alone in this place. seeing the Mite stop, it turned to her, then lunged at her. grabbing it, she noticed it was grabbing for the amulet around her neck. throwing it away, a screeching sound rang around the chamber.

Hearing the screeching sounds he stood back a few feet and with a a quick punch he burst his hand through the wall and continued to do so untill he had punched through it all the way.

["Cosmos"]

looking around trying to find the source of the screech, Akrina suddenly turned towards the sound of a thing hitting the ground. trying to see into the darkness, she suddenly brought her arms up as a large claw smashed into her. being slammed into the door, she was sent right through it. hitting the ground hard and skidding to a stop, she picked herself weakly, blood dripping from her arms and back.

As she was thrown the opposite direction of him he looked forward as he was pulled in and came face to face with a large monster "Oh son of a" he was thrown but landed on his feet and looked up at it.

["Cosmos"]

standing up, she grabbed her sword and weakly walked back to the door. using the wall for support, she looked into the darkness. seeing the figure of a massive monster, she suddenly looked at the amulet as it reacted to the creatures presence. suddenly, the knowledge of the previous master of the amulet filled her mind, making her grabbed her head.

He dodged an attack for before it smashed at him, looking at it he could make out distinguishing features. It was almost bat like and he noticed some sort venom as it dropped from it's mouth "Nasty"

shaking her head of the knowledge's recoil, Akrina stood up straight. seeing the venom from its mouth, the memories of this monstrosity came to her mind. "back away!" she yelled, as she ran in front of Keales. bringing her wings in front of her like a shield, a lightning-fast venom attack smashed into her wings. flinching as the venom tried to eat away at her wings, she shook her wings as the venom slipped off the highly resistant appendages.

"Your not fighting alone in your state" he said as he parried a claw strike making it slide off his blade as he made a quick cut on the forearm.

["Cosmos"]

"just back away! its gaining power from your magic, so every strike you do, it becomes more powerful," Akrina said, her eyes becoming accustom to the extremely low light. seeing the monster, she could see it was getting bigger. charging at it, she raised her lightning-infused sword and slashed at it, as she grabbed the amulet around her neck.
