"the price is what you would expect. to create life, life must be sacrificed. you will lose power and a portion of your life, since you are already in the Spiritflower Gardens," she said, hovering a finger over the books and scrolls as she scanned the shelves.

"I figured that much, the crystal around my daughter's neck however is a alchemist stone just for such the occasion" she said with a smile "And i'm sure that will cover the cost considering what it took to create it" she thought back to the battle with that dragon who had attempted to take hers and her daughter's life shortly after her mate had disappeared into hibernation.

pulling out a book, she opened it as she looked at the dragoness. "Nature doesn't work that way. any attempt to work around payment can lead to disastrous consequences. i would recommend you just accept the payment, and use that stone to regain what you lost," Veras said, then began to flip a few pages of the book.

"If you insist." she looked back to where her daughter was "Do you know anything that could help my daughter in her quest?" she asked knowing that Trisha would need alot of help in getting to and from the void well.

turning her head to look at Teresa in the corner of her eye, Veras shook her head. "i'm sorry, but a Nature Priestess hasn't been to that location for a long time. we are unable to help, cause the Currents of Nature are unstable to the extreme," she said, returning to the book.

"Can you teach her anything at the very least?" she asked inquisitively, she knew that most nature priestess would gladly teach others some sort of healing magic or breath that would aid any and all.

not turning from the book, Veras let out a sigh. "while i would gladly help you, i cannot. you are not a Faerie Dragon, so i cannot teach you," she said, turning a page and ready its contents.

"But a purple dragon can learn just as well" she said knowing this as a fact, she had learned several different breaths that other would've thought impossible.

snapping her jaws in irritation, large thorny vines burst from the ground around her. running her tongue along her teeth, Veras spoke in a language that sounded more like a melody then words. knowing no one alive or dead would understand the language, she continued to read the contents of the book.

Looking at her oddly "You know you are the secound who denied her training and she was still able to do so. All I'm asking is try" she said looking at the smaller dragon.

"there is only so much i can do, and allowed to do. i am not allowed to teach," Veras said, as the thorny vines began to calm down. not taking her eyes from the book, she continued to read as her tail scratched the floor, showing her irritation.

"Hmm then can you take her to one who can?" she asked noting her irritation. She knew Faire dragons dont normally get irritated easily and this made her wonder how old she was.

"no, i can't," Veras said, lifting her tail and slamming it down, sticking the tail-end into the floor. closing the book with a thump, she turned to Teresa as the vines began to mimic her irritation. "i cannot help your daughter, since i will be unable to do my duties once i have helped you, or any duties for that matter," she said, looking at the much larger dragoness.

"Damn" she said and looked at her "Then where do you think she would get more training before she heads to the void well?" she asked.

"the smart thing to do is find someone who has experienced the Void first hand. that would the the first thing to do," Veras said, as she threw the book onto a table. climbing up onto the table, she laid down and opened the book once again.
