One Last Stop

"Hmmm not sure if i personally know anyone like that but maybe my daughter does" she said as she tapped her chin.

"don't know, now if your done, can i get back to this book?" Veras asked with a shrug of her shoulders. seeping back into the floor, the vines returned to where they came from.

[Ixion]

"Fine" she turned and looked back "Tell the princess i said hi when you go back home, she'll understand" at that she turned back into her little ball form and flew away.

["Cosmos"]

turning to look at her as she left, Veras was confused. "princess?" she asked lowly, having never heard of Aquarius having any kind of royalty since the royal family was killed in the sundering of Aquarius.

In the room Trish watched the spirit of her mother enter the crystal as she laid her head down "Mother, can't help but talk to everyone strange huh?" she said as she fell asleep.

shaking her head, Veras tried to put the thoughts out of her head as she returned to the book. for several hours, she struggled to remain focused on the contents of the book. becoming frustrated, she closed the book and jumped off the table. making her way through the semi-vacant halls of the temple, she made her way to the Pool of Visions. standing on the pools edge, she peered into the pure waters and focused, having gained some control of her farsight.

She slept peacefully in her bed as the crystal round her neck glowed dully as they both slept. They were unaware of what the other dragoness was doing.

as she peered into the waters and focused, she closed her eyes as she activated her farsight.

opening them slowly, she began to see a large garden that had no equal. as her sight slowly soared across the gardens of her birthplace, it soon came upon the ruins that made up of what was left of the Kingdom of Aquarius. as her sight traveled into the large temple that was far larger then the Dragon Temple or the temple in Warfang, she soon was making her way into the passages that lead to the main chamber of the temple. in the middle of the chamber, surrounded by many skeletons of long deceased dragons, hovered a large crystal with a dragoness that looked like she was a young adult. as she cut off her sight, she returned to her body.

shaking her head, Veras was filled with anger. even though this was unlike her, she received no arguments from the Voice of Nature. angrily making her way to where Trisha was sleeping, she burst into the room and with her Nature-based power, ripped the wisp form of Teresa out of the crystal. "tell me about the Princess of Aquarius, now!" she yelled, looking at Teresa with anger.

"Calm yourself, I only know her as a personal friend, me and my sister traveled with her at one point." she said "Now if you would so kindly put me down!" she growled as her daughter now awake was snarling at the faire dragon.

["Cosmos"]

growling, she snapped her jaws in anger. "i said tell me!" Veras yelled, not playing games when it came to her home. deciding to help its priestess, a plant that grew from the wall began to grow into a large serpentine creature, taking up much of the space in the room. growling with its charge, the Elemental spirit waited for its charges orders.

"That is quite enough" came an eldery voice of the elder "I heard racket and what do I find?" looking to the priestess "Now unhand them if they say they don't know much then you of all dragons should understand they wouldn't" he said with a stern face. Trisha was growling as she had changed into the primal form ready to rip her apart.

["Cosmos"]

looking to the elder, Veras snapped at him. “this is Aquarius business. the knowledge that she knows may be the salvation my home needs. i must know about the princess she knew from before Aquarius was lost!” the Faerie Dragoness yelled, more worried about her home then anything else right now. curling its nature-based serpentine body around its charge, it hissed at Trish.

"I Do Not Know Anything Priestess." Teresa hissed "I have only traveled with her twice and she has never told us anything all I know is she was searching for some "solution" that is all I know" Teresa said the anger in her tone.

"LET MY MOTHER GO" Trish hissed her body sparkling with electricty.

"THAT IS ENOUGH FROM ALL OF YOU" Volteer snapped.

ignoring the Electric Guardian as he snapped at them, Veras glared at Teresa. as the elemental serpent hissed at Trish, the Faerie Dragoness averted her gaze to the dragoness’s claws. reading the currents that circulated from her, her eyes glazed over as her mind was plunged into the history held within the Currents of Nature. reading the ripples, she clenched her teeth when she found what the dragoness didn’t know. closing her eyes as she shook her head, she took a step back.

reopening her eyes, Veras grabbed her head as a blackish petal fell from the rose on her back. “i’m so sorry, this isn’t like me. i have been extremely hostile of late,” she said, before she clutched her stomach and started to heave and cough.

"Well a soon to be mother would be like that" Teresa said as she calmed herself as well and moved away from forming into a full sized dragon puzzling Volteer.

"Uh...who are you?" this caused Teresa to smile.

"Well Elder, I'm a purple dragon and this is my daughter. Name's Teresa" The elder bowed his head and Teresa looked to the Faire "I thought your race found it hard to have children."
