not looking at him when she heard him enter the bath, she didn't even acknowledge that he was there. when his claw touched her face, she finally looked at him, her eyes filled with sadness. shaking her head lightly at his words, she slowly made an x-like mark over her throat. having lost her voice in her sorrow, she knew not when she would be able to speak again.

With a deep sigh he pulled her in close to his body as he began to cry. He felt the pain she had, Warrant and at a time Turin he had thought been lost to him, knowing Rygat his brother in law was dying only reinforced this pain and he had wished his mate had not felt it.

letting him pull her close, Martivir closed her eyes as she placed her head against his chest. reaching her claw up to place it on his shoulder, she wish that they could leave the world and this sadness, and live happily away from all the bad in the world.

[Ixion]

"One day we will find the place where we can be happy forever" he said holding her close "I won't ever let you go. You will never be alone through eternity" he promised not wanting to let her go to keep her in his hug.

listening to him, she let out a silent sigh as she curled slightly in his embrace. as the water of the bath grew warm from a series of thermal stones, her body relaxed in his arms until she would sink into the bath fully if not held by Ixion's embrace.

He licked her head softly as he began to sing to her in a smooth tounge singing of a far away place were happiness was every where and no one would cry causing him to hold her tighter.

listening to the singing, Martivir pushed herself more into his chest as she curled up. wrapping her tail around his arm, she folded her wings tighter against her body until it looked like she had no wings. rubbing her cheek against his chest, she opened her eyes as her mind swam with thoughts of happiness that mixed with her sadness.

He kept singing as his mind touched hers and mingled their thoughts as he placed his digits in between hers as his song continued and filled her mind with images from his songs.

as his mind touched her and mingled with her thoughts, she closed her eyes as she clenched her claw. pushing away from him, she clenched her eyes tightly shut as she forced him away. shaking her head, she removed herself from his embrace, not wanting his song right now anymore.

[Ixion]

He understood why and quickly took his mind from hers but held her "I'm sorry my love I didn't mean to cause you grief" he said. As he kissed her head humming the song to her.

nodding slightly to say that it was okay, she laid her head back on his chest. when he started to hum the song, she reached up and held his snout closed. tapping his snout several times, she just rested against his chest as all she wanted to hear was the sound of the water of the bath.

He nodded as Ixiona shifted slightly and he smiled "Oh yes It seems that I have my own shadow" he said with a smile at his mate "What do you think of our new addition?" he asked.

looking at the Shadow, Martivir smiled as she listened to her own Shadow. 'we think that Ixiona will make a perfect addition,' her shadow spoke in Ixion's mind, the Shadows voice being masculine in nature. placing her claws on his chest, her Shadow spoke into his mind, 'my name is Martivar, and its nice to finally be able to speak with you, Ixion.'

"It's a pleasure to meet you as well" he returned and smiled as he held his mate "Now quite time please"" he said leaning his head back and rubbing his mates neck gently and softly.

shimmering across her body in a understood manner, the Shadow remained quiet as Martivir laid against his chest. closing her eyes, she relaxed against him as the water turned a soothing warm temperature.
