When young dragons cross paths(Ixion)

Licking his chops of left overs from a hunt he made a young bloodred scaled spiky dragon sat beneath one of the lush, green trees that made up the forests of Tall Plains. Rapier had worked up quite the appetite flying so far, having left Valhalla some time ago since he had discovered what he needed despite it not being from Ixion's searchs but nonetheless he owned the amber dragon for at least taking him to his city and meeting the dragoness Zhatriana helped quite a bit of discovering who he was. It was still painful to recall the fact his parents were gone, and possibly siblings he might have had, but Rapier was relieved to know something about them or at least where his lineage lied.

Not only did Rapier know he was a Necro dragon but also partially a Lore Dragon to some degree but he didn't know to what point. Regardless though the young dragon was enjoying a short break from traveling, being the first time he had set foot in Tall Plains that day and found it rather a nice place but still he hardly compared it to Twilight Falls, especially at night when the celestial moons shown down on the valley. It was a sight he somewhat missed but knew it was time he began seeing the world rather than staying in one place, besides he had come to realize there were many things to see and many people to meet from all walks of life. He had seen that in Valhalla and Warfang, now he had been eager to see more of what the world had to offer. Of course, he'd also have to be careful to what he got into and who he met for there was still evil that lurked at every corner.

Though for now Rapier was content to relax there, looking out at the forest and admiring it's natural beauty, occasionally looking around when he heard a sound or two. But so far he hadn't seen anyone else except wildlife, making him wonder if he was alone and not realizing how wrong that thought was.

[Ixion]

Flying high above the skies of the tall plains a young purple dragoness flew through the air trying to keep herself aloft but breathing heavily. This was her first heat and it was affecting her aversely as she let out a sigh and angled to the ground. Landing close to the ground but was unable to stand straight and looked around and laid down on the ground with a sigh near the water's edge. She looked at the water, she was of age now where she was a full adult dragoness.

As Rapier had began to doze off a strong scent caught his attention, making the young male perk up slightly and actually blushing a little when he realized what was wrong. This though meant he wasn't alone as he had thought and he quickly moved to his paws and silently moved through the trees, having learned to move quietly despite the fact of his many spikes and his large size which could prove to sometimes be a disadvantage from time to time. Eventually though he came across what seemed to be a small watering hole and also came across a purple dragoness who looked exhausted but at the same time her heat hit his nostrils and he tried to shake his head.

"Are you alright miss?"Rapier spoke so she could hear before he stepped from the trees and into view, wanting to be sure she was alright while trying to keep his mind off the much more obvious thing at hand.

[Ixion]

She gasped and saw the spiky male and when he asked if she was ok she let out a sigh "Yea i think so" she said noticing his body was reacting to her heat scent and sighed "I can't really move however im exhausted" she said he face showed her blushed and she looked at him "What's your name?" she asked him looking at his body unable to resist the urge to check him out.

Rapier cleared his throat slightly, mentally shaking his head to try and get those thoughts out of his mind as he looked at her form, "My name is Rapier Thornhide, just a traveler who landed here a little while ago. And you are?"He answered her and also asked hoping a conversation might help ease things. Least he was hoping but that urge was beginning to win over the more he looked over Trish, not even realizing who's daughter this was.

[Ixion]

She smiled sweetly the urge winning her over too "Trisha" she said with a smile and blushed indicating to him to come over "You dont have to stay over there" she said with a smile becoming slightly interested in him and wondered why he looked so different but the urge had won and she could see that his urge was close to winning and if he came closer.

"Nice to meet you Trisha,"Rapier spoke back to her blushing still before he swallowed and nodded, approaching closer to her but feeling his own urge winning over. As hard as he tried his level head wasn't winning this time and even Trish had picked up on that, and not like it had become quite obvious.

[Ixion]

Morning came as Trisha slowly lifted her head and looked around. Her eyes came to the large spiky dragon that was curled around her and blushed slightly as she realized what had happened last night. She tried to stand but found the her legs were weak and half her lower body causing her to blush even harder knowing why she couldn't stand and sighed having to relay on him now to get food as she gently nudged him.

Rapier slept soundly beside the purple dragoness, having surprisingly been worn out after last night but as the sun shown down on them Rapier's eyes began to slowly open. Blinking a few times he felt someone nudge him and looked over groggily with seeing Trish was awake making him blush a little at recalling everything, "Morning Trisha."He greeted softly but noticed she seemed having a hard time standing, "Do you need a hand?"He asked her as he lifted his head.

[Ixion]

She nodded and looked at him "I need food and I can't stand, could you get me something to eat?" she asked with a smile "I uh need some food after what happened last night you kinda well made me numb" she said with a nudge.

Rapier smiled and nodded before he stood, stretching his body out a bit before he looked back at Trisha and nudged her gently, "I'll be back in a little bit. I caught a deer yesterday so that herd shouldn't have gone too far."He told her before Rapier took flight and headed off in the direction he had seen the remaining deer take off, taking a little bit to track them down but finally caught sight of them. They seemed blissfully unaware of the predator above them however, making this all the more easier. So with a few quick flap of his wings Rapier dove down towards the clearing and easily caught a large buck in his powerful jaws, snapping the spine to kill it instantly.

Soaring in a quick circle he headed back to where Trish was and soon flared his wings to slow his descent before landing nearby and folding in his scaled wings. Walking towards her he rested the now dead deer before her and smiled, "Hope this will be to your liking."He said with a kind bow.

She smiled at the deer and mimicked the bow with a giggle and ate into the deer "It's good" she said with a smile and made a motion to lay with her "So where did you come from before coming here?" she asked as she ate the deer

Smiling the spiked red dragon came back to where he had been before and lied back down, being careful not to accidently scratch Trish with his spikes. "Actually I just came from Shattered Vale from a city called Valhalla, quite a place I have to admit. Was there looking for possible leads of my lineage and the regent-lord there was nice enough to help me, Ixion was his name if I recall correctly. Quite some interesting faces I met while traveling with him and staying there for a few weeks."He told her, glancing down at Trish slightly as she ate.

[Ixion]

She smiled and looked at him "Oh you met my father?" she asked smiling not knowing he was a friend of her father and this would cause a reaction out of him and she giggled "And Valhalla is my home" she said with a smile and licked his chin.

Shock actually showed in Rapier's expression, not expecting to hear this at all nor even suspecting this was in fact Ixion's daughter. Well this certainly was going to be strange to tell Ixion, "Well that's a little bit of a shock. But yes I actually met him when I first went to Warfang, kind of a crazy trip from there after. Though still, I owe him my thanks for the help if I ever come across him again."Rapier said as the shock began to fade and he gently nudged her cheek, "So how about you, where you coming from?"
