She smiled and looked at him placing her paw on his "It will be alright com'on." she said as she began to lead him down to the foyer where Teresa wearing her own jewelry and her father wearing the robe of the Reagent-Lord as he adjusted it causing Teresa to smack him to stop "Where is Martivir?"

"She isn't feeling well today" Ixion he said with a smile.

Nodding slightly Rapier followed her down to the foyer where they were met by Ixion and his former mate Teresa. Though it took a lot of his will not to laugh at the smack but there certainly was amusement in his eyes once they reached them. "Hopefully she gets well soon Ixion." Rapier said with sympathy, sorry to hear his current mate was sick but hopefully she would get well soon.

[Ixion]

She's a shadow lore dragon she will recover faster than anything i can. Now then without further ado lets go" he said as he opened the door and as soon as he did the force of the cheers literally sent him flying as he groaned "Note to self have Row open the doors first than stand clear" he said taking his place and walked out with and giggling Teresa behind him.

Rapier watched as Ixion was sent flying, raising a scaly brow as it seemed the Regent-Lord wasn't having a good start to the festivities but he knew better than to make a remark on it. He still had the faintest feeling Ixion might deep down have some protest over him and Trish being mates without him knowing first. "About as ready as I'll ever be Trisha." He told her, still showing he wasn't entirely looking forward to the festivities but he had no choice to back out now.

As the night started it did not go as bad as he thought it would be. Many were excited to meet him and the children adored him. Trisha watched and smiled as the others accepted him without much cause and she smiled. Ixion was greeting his people some congratulating him on his daughter finding a mate. He laughed and met their congratulations and directed them to his daughter and her mate. Teresa was already getting drunk and partying with the soldiers.

When the crowd seemed to accept him Rapier seemed to quickly loose his previous nervousness. Infact, he was easily beginning to have conversations with them and speaking with parents or others pretty quick just as he once did with travelers through Twilight Falls. Though as he saw a group of young dragons who were orphaned he approached then first startling them but he knew just how they felt in lacking parents.

Though many other kids gathered as Rapier lifted his maw and fires a long stream of crimson flames into the air. Manipulating it then the flames took on shapes of several small dragons that flapped and soared about, causing the children to yell in excitement as they watched. It seemed Rapier really had nothing to worry about as he had thought.

Trisha was happy for her mate who seemed to enjoy other lore dragons as the accepted him. Her vision blurred as she saw an older him playing with a faceless child and just as suddenly her eyes returned to their normal state as she blinked several times and shook her head thinking what she saw was her imagination.

In the city a black scaled dragon watched from one of the spires as he saw the purple dragoness shake her head. Nodding after he had helped her see the future he had done his job and he disappeared with a smile on his face.

While Rapier was busy mingling a familiar yellow dragoness trotted up beside her adoptive sister. "Trish you two look great together, and seems this is going to be a long night." Veton said smiling for now in her primal form. Though she turned back as Rapier seemed to be putting on a show for a few of the Lore dragons showing he was quite the talented fire user and enjoying some talking. She was happy for her adoptive sister and she wondered if some day she might be lucky to find someone as well.

She smiled as she heard what her adoptive sister had said and looked at Rapier "Yea he is one of a kind" she said with a smile and patted her sisters shoulder "I'm sure you will meet someone for yourself soon" she said with a smile and watched her mate display his fire skills smiling watching him make them into different shapes.

"Maybe one day Trish, but I'm in no hurry I still got a long time." Veton assured her with a smile before she left her adoptive sister to be with her mate and went to enjoy the festivities for herself. Though once Rapier had finished he finally came over towards Trish, smiling a bit. "Guess I really was worried for nothing, but think its a good thing no one has inquired about my Dest form. Think I'd really end up ruining things." Rapier chuckled, knowing his form was rather large and made it more difficult to maneuver in an enclosed space.

She smiled and nipped his chin "See our people accept our own people pretty easily. They dont care much about your background as long as your sure that your not trying to harm the community." she said as she looked around as many other were playing around as the children were enjoying the festivities. "This is one of the rare festivities, there is only one more besides this that is this lively."
