She smiled and nuzzled back as Trish laughed "Great, Now im going to be a big sis to another group you know dad had eight" she said with a smile.

Teresa laughed "Maybe we'll have him bring them sometime so we can meet them" Teresa smiled "thats if your not uncomfortable meeting my ex-mate" she said

"i'm not that uncomfortable meeting your previous mate. what worries me most is how he will react when he finds out you have been given another life, and haven't told him yet," he said, laughing a little. not thinking about it, Cosmosaura placed his claw against Teresa's belly, thinking a little how the Crystal Legacy would be renewed soon. with his claw still on her belly, he kissed her dearly, deeply glad she had washed up on his shores.

She smiled and kissed back as Trish made gagging faces. Which made her mother smirk "Oh do that to me here will ya come you munchkin!" she shouted playfully and tackled her daguther the both of them laughing and chasing each other. After a bit they were both exhausted and walked back to him.

"So mom why do you look so different?" Trish asked as Teresa looked to her mate.

"He can tell you more than I can he was the one who did it" she said nudging him with her snout.

laughing as Teresa and Trisha playfully chased each other around the chamber, he returned his breathing to normal as they walked back. as Trisha why her mother looked different, Cosmosaura let out a sigh when he was made to answer. "imminent death calls for desperate measures. i had to alter and change your mothers body and spirit to keep her alive, and to allow her to stay with me. to be honest, i'm glad she survived, and the change was successful," he said, smiling as he placed his claw in hers.

"What!? You almost died!? HOW!?" Trish shouted shocked at what happened.

Teresa sigh "I was caught in an unnatural storm that not even my primal form could quell. My wing was damaged from something and my other wing broke when I hit the that squall. While here one morning I woke up to find myself bleeding profusely and couldn't breath. I was just lucky he was here to save me"

Trish listened and shudder and looked at him "Thank you, I dont know if you know how much that means for saving my mother" she said with a smile.

"That reminds me, what caused the bleeding?" she asked her mate.

nodding at Trisha as she said was she was extremely thankful, his eyes widened when Teresa asked what caused the bleeding, he looked away in shame. "you remember when i said Primals were polar opposites of Crystal Dragons? well, its the same the other way around. you were wounded, and your defenses down enough. me being a Crystal Dragon caused your Primal Blood to literally make your life force extinguish to nothing," he said, looking away as his claw began to move away from hers.

"Sounds about right" she said growling and grabbing his paw and sat it back down "Cosmosaura darling you dont have to be sad about everything that happens to me is unusual. Hell I died and came back, I'm just glade you saved me that day."

looking at her, he gave her a sad smile. "thank you. i don't like to cause others pain and trouble, so i feel responsible for causing you that pain. i can't help but be sad when that happens," he said, clenching her claw in his.

She muzzled him and gripped his claw "It;s more about saving me then anything."

"So mom have you had any contact with Auntie Zharitana of Veras?" she asked siting down

This caused her to shake her head "No I haven't been able to but I will try again soon." she said rubbing her mates rear with her tail grinning slightly.

smiling at his new mate, he brought his tail over to rub her rear and back after entwining itself around her tail. suddenly, the name of one of her sisters registered in his memory. "did you say Zhatriana?" he asked, remembering reading that very name in the records of the history of the Crystal Legacy.

"Yes she is my younger sister on my mother's side. We were famous thieves for a long time so i'm not surprised about that" she said as she nipped his neck.

["Cosmos"]

looking at her, he stood up. "i'm sorry, but please excuse me. i need to go look into something," he said, his face showing that something wasn't right with the mention of that name. rushing through the mirror, he nearly crashed through the door to the room. opening it quickly and breaking into a run, the temple closed off every room and passage that he didn't travel through. running for several minutes and down several flights of stairs, he came to a large set of archive doors. pushing them open, he entered a large chamber that was filled with crystalline statues that were remarkably alive-like. making his way quickly to the far end, he opened another set of doors and entered what looked like a small library. going over to a pedestal, he opened the only book on the pedestal and flipped through its pages. suddenly, he stopped at a page that showed the detailed picture of a star-like object. under the picture, it showed two names, both of them standing to him instantly. "the one artifact that was lost to us," he said, as he turned away and began to return to the sealed chamber.

"Trisha stay here" Teresa said standing up and running and looked back "I said stay!" she shouted more forcefully causing her daughter to sit. Running through the mirror she grabbed the gem so she wouldn't be followed and rand down the hall and spots that were not blocked "Cosmosaura!?" she shouted looking for him.

having left the memorial chamber and closed the doors, he heard his name, making him turn around. just as he saw Teresa, the doors to the memorial chamber were sealed by crystal. walking up to her, he walked passed her, his face filled with a sense of not knowing what to do. continuing to walk, he started to walk back to where the mirror was.

"Darling what is it tell me" she said running up to him and stopping him before he reached the mirror "Cosmosaura what is wrong?" she asked sitting in front of the mirror looking at him.
