as her claws were pushed away from him, she shook her head as she returned to the present. "(sorry, i was learning your past. i sometimes i have limits, since i never reach them)," Zhatriana said, looking at her arm. laying down, she looked at him with a distant look. looking him over, she remembered meeting one like him, but with more crystalline features then he did. suddenly, she remembered more about that encounter, which made her shake her head to return to the present.

"(your a Crystal Dragon, aren't you?)" she asked, looking over him as she reached a claw to touch his crystalline wing. running it along the crystals that came from his wings, she felt slightly weird, as her scales began to outline herself, which usually remained hidden. as her weakened body tried to drawn in energy, her features began to reveal her births traits.

"If you wanted to know more all you have to do is ask." Argyros said with a chuckle, trying to relax again as he tried to push the thought of this new threat out of his mind but it was definitely hard. But he noticed the look Zhatriana was giving him, a distant one but it made him wonder what exactly was on her mind all of a sudden. Tilting his head a bit he wondered what suddenly make her shake his head until the touch on his partially crystal wings quickly made him shift it more against his side, clearing his throat slightly, "Yes I am, not very many from what I hear or usually they are in hiding."He told her.

"Also I don't really like the crystal parts of my body touched much, pretty sensitive." He also told her, being a little polite since he usually got a little grumpy about it when people purposely did so to annoy him. Though he noticed the glowing outlines of her scales then, watching curiously. "Does that usually happen a lot?" He inquired, nodding towards her scales.

hearing his words, she was brought form her memories and recalled her claw. when he asked about what was happening to her, she grew worried. "(not good)," she said, as she stood up and moved quickly to the door. closing the door tightly and locking it, she moved to the windows and shut them tight. sitting with her back to him, she actually shivered from what was to come. looking at her claws, she clenched her teeth as she felt the almost forgotten feeling that was welling up inside her.

looking over her shoulder to look at Argyros, she looked at him scared. "(this is not normal for me, but i'm too weak to hold back was i was born from. i'm sorry if i do anything... hungrily)," she said, looking away before her Hunger could fully arise.

"What's not good?"Argyros asked, watching her move to the door and lock it before doing the same to the windows which had him quite confused as to what the alarm was. Only problem was he wasn't aware of her Shadowseeker heritage nor knew anything about these Shadowseekers, thus it confused him greatly as to what was wrong with her. "Zhatriana your starting to worry me, what exactly are you talking about?"He asked her, forcing his body to stand fully, still feeling shaky as he took the first few steps in thirty five hundred years since he came out of that crystal and reached out to touch her side not realizing what danger he could be in.

as he came to her side, her hunger started to affect her as she smelled his blood. "(so sweet, so delectable. must have.... some!)" she said, as she turned quickly and lunged at him. opening her jaws wide as he landed on the floor with her over him, she brought her jaws baring down on him. at the last second, she moved her arm so she bit down on her own arm. gaining herself as her blood dripped into her mouth, her eyes widened when she realized what she just tried to do. backing away, she turned her back to him as she began to cry.

Argyros was quite surprised when he was suddenly tackled, staring up at the unusually large female since he wasn't quite sure what the heck just happened to her all of sudden. He closed his eyes then as he was certain Zhatriana would go for the kill or something of that kind but felt nothing and soon Argyros opened his eyes to see she bit herself and watched her seem to return to normal. Though he was a little uneasy now he slowly got up before moving towards her once more, "Zhatriana if that's normal than you shouldn't be blaming yourself for anything. But I do have to ask, what did just happen?"He said to her.

looking at him over her shoulder as tears ran down her face, she looked him in the eyes. "(i'm sorry. i usually can control myself, but i'm too weak to control my Hunger,)" she said, not answering him just yet. turning slightly, she seemed to actually diminish in size. "(i am a Mythblood, a Plagued Shadowseeker,)" she said, looking away.

Argyros waited silently, still not quite understanding why she had been in such a state. But that was when she said she was a shadowseeker herself, making him shocked as he stepped back slightly at first though thought of all she had done the last several days and stepped back near her. "But your not like the others are you, your one of the ones who's actually not truly out to harm everyone." He said to her before he nudged her, "Technically it's my fault anyway. If I hadn't been so drained and out cold you wouldn't be in this situation."Argyros pointed out.

looking at him as he nudged her, she gave him a sad smile. "(no, i'n not like a majority of my kind. but for eight thousand years, i have never lost control like this. its scary. i always keep my Hunger away with the radiant energy of my Arcane magic, but i'm so drained,)" she spoke, her body still shivering. as blood dripped from her arm, she looked him in the eye. "thank you for not holding me as a monster," she said, lowering her head slightly.

"Hard to do that when you've expended so much, I did tell you not to keep doing that." Argyros said as he sat down, grunting as he realized he was also pretty stiff too in the joints and knew he'd have to do some walking around. "And well you aren't a monster Zhatriana, sometimes you can't help what you are or what comes natural. It's the fact of life that seems to be a pain in the ass sometimes."He told her, shrugging slightly as he didn't know how else to put it.

"(thank you,)" she said, smiling slightly at him. suddenly, she looked at the door as a loud knock rang through the room. "(we're fine,)" she called out, as her eyes rolled up into her head. falling over, she began to breath heavily as her body experienced the full exhaustion of her weakened state.

Argyros smiled back until he saw Zhatriana fall and quickly moved over to catch her, being careful of his crystal spikes and carefully moved her over to the bed he once occupied. "Think you need this more than I do Zhatriana, so I recommend to get some rest yourself. Think it's time I tried walking a bit, get use to my body again."He said to her.

smiling at him, she instantly fell asleep as she closed her eyes. falling into a dreamless sleep, she laid motionless with her chest only rising with her slow breathing. for several hours, her body began to return to its normal color. suddenly, the room was filled with small orbs of magical energy as her body began to replenish the lost energy in her body.

After she had fallen asleep Argyros quietly left the room, stepping outside from the building and taking his first real deep breathe of fresh air since he had come out of his crystal encasement. Many villagers looked at him an awe, especially since he had for many centuries been seen as merely a legend, but he was now literally a myth come to life for this village as he began walking around for those several hours to take in the changes. The landscape itself had generally remained the same but the village has expanded somewhat and the damage he had seen so long ago was no longer there. It was all so much to take in, especially the newest thread that now range in his head after Zhatriana told him.

After a while though he came to a stop upon a hill, looking out across some of the glass lands and towards a large river that ran through it. He still could imagine a time when the land seemed plagued by those Apes of the Dark Master, wondering if they still lived some place or now were completely gone.

as the magical energy in her body was replenished at an amazing pace, she began to awaken from her sleeping. slowly opening her eyes, she rolled over onto her belly and slowly stood up. stretching her limbs as she awoke, the orbs still floated in the air. moving to the window, she opened it up and looked over over the village. suddenly, she groaned as the magical orb floated into her back and were absorbed back into her body. as the last orb was absorbed into her body, she released a blast of arcane energy into the air, ejecting the negative energy of her Arcane magic.
